Earline Megathan, 83, Marion, died Saturday, Sept 22, 2018, at Wichita.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 27 at the Valley United Methodist Church in Marion. Interment will be at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Florence.
Friends may call Wednesday at the funeral home from 1-6 p.m.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Disease and related disorders in care of the funeral home.
She was born April 26, 1935, in McPherson to Vernon and Lois Fortner Perkins. She married Jim Megathan in Marion on March 24, 1954.
Survivors include husband Jimmy, Sr of Marion; sons Jim (Rita) of Emporia, Kerry (Kathleen) of Wichita; daughter Denise Megathan of Whitewater; sisters Nadine Bonham of McPherson, Mary Kluss of Nickerson, and Irma Perkins of Louisiana; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
