DEATH: Dale K. Kohlman, 76

Dale K. Kohlman, 76, of Wichita, a retired hardware store own­­­er and nursing home administrator, died Dec. 30 at the Robert J. Dole Veterans Ad­ministration Medical Center, Wichita.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at the Canton Township Cem­e­tery.

He was born Aug. 7 1940, to Walter C. and Alta (Keck) Kohlman in Marion County. On April 24, 1960, he was married to Madelyn Sue Mar­ston, who predeceased him Jan. 30, 1994. He was remarried on Aug. 30, 1996, to Rebecca Seward, who survives.

Other survivors include sons Jeffery (Barbara) of Cottonwood Falls, Gregory (Tami) of Wichita, Darrel (Paula) of Seneca and Cyle of Wichita; stepson Todd Schoeppel and stepdaughter Margo Tucker, both of Wich­ita; brothers Clarence and Har­old, both of Texas, and Larry of Wichita; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to the Kansas Honor Flights and sent in care of Olson’s Mortuary, 139 N. Main St., Canton, KS 67428.
