DEATH: Ruth E. Ratzlaff, 94

Ruth E. Ratzlaff, 94, a homemaker, of Hillsboro, died July 6 at Wes­ley Medi­cal Center in Wichita.

The service is at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 14, at Hills­boro Mennonite Brethren Church, 300 Prairie Pointe, officiated by pastor Loyal Martin.

Burial is at 10 a.m. at Hillsboro Mennonite Breth­ren Cemetery.

Visitation with the family is from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, at Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington, Hillsboro.

She was born Nov. 7, 1921, to Henry K. and Margaret (Harms) Warkentin at Reed­ley, Calif. On Aug. 11, 1944, she was married to Kermit Ratzlaff, who survives.

Other survivors include son Ken and wife Ginger of Lawrence, Ron and wife Nan­cy of St. Charles, Mo., Dave and wife Elizabeth of Batavia, Ill., and Eugene and wife Jewel of Hopewell Junction, NY; daughter, Marilyn and husband Warren Lovinger of Nevada, Mo., and 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial may be made to the Mennonite Brethren Missions or Hillsboro Senior Center and sent in care of Jost Funeral Home, P.O. Box 266, Hillsboro, KS 67063.
