Area schools closed because of snow

A wide-area snowfall dumped several inches overnight Monday in Marion County and closed schools in the Hillsboro, Marion, Peabody-Burns, Centre, Goessel and Canton-Galva school districts. Forecast is for a wintry mix during the day Tuesday.
