2016 General Election Results: Local, state and national

The Nov. 8 general election in Marion County saw a 74 percent voter turnout based on 7,926 eligible voters with 5,836 casting ballots for candidates, according to Tina Spencer, election officer.
Election results are unofficial until after the Marion County Commissioners have canvassed the votes on Monday, Nov. 14.
The following is the combined and absentee ballots for the election with 100 percent of the 33 precincts reporting.
