The Hillsboro Senior Center is taking applications for a new manager/director. Applications for the part-time position are available at the front office from 8 a.m. to noon weekdays.

Jeannie Rziha will offer her diabetics class from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 6, 12, 20 and 27. Class fee is $25, with no additional fee if a spouse wished to attend as well.

Commodities will be available Feb. 15 at the center.

The video “Fried Green Tomatoes” will be shown with popcorn and pop Feb. 20.

Haris Zafar, physician, will test hearing Feb. 21. Jared Jost will speak on pre-planning after the carry-in meal.

Those who would like to begin receiving the monthly newsletter can call 947-2301 or stop by the center.
