Jan Wedel of Hesston and Jerry Voth of Newton were married Oct. 28 at Tabor Mennonite Church in Newton with pastor Corey Miller officiating.
The groom escorted the bride, who was wearing an Aurora D’Paradiso gown in ivory with short sleeves and a scoop neckline, in matte satin with re-embroidered Alencon lace and a sweep train.
Matron of honor was Jennalee Boggs, twin sister of the bride. She was wearing an Alfred Angelo gown in eggplant with short sleeves, beaded scoop neckline in satin bodice with mathcing satin skirt. Carolyn Regier, daughter of the groom, also wore an Alfred Angelo gown in eggplant with a strapless satin wrap-designed bodice and matching satin skirt.
Best man was J.J. Voth, son of the groom. Groomsman was Fred Wedel, brother of the bride. Ushers were Andrew Regier, son-in-law of the groom; and Cory Wedel, Clint Wedel and Derek Boggs, all nephews of the bride.
Guest book attendant was Claudia Lawn, friend of the bride. Gift attendants were Janessa and Lindsey Wedel, nieces of the bride.
Hosts for the wedding reception were Dave and Deb Schrag, cousins of the bride.
Musicians were pianist JoAnn Nickel, friend of the bride; soloist Steve Miller, friend of the groom; and trumpeter Derek Boggs, nephew of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Goessel High School and Kansas State University and is employed by RPH Financial, LLC.
The groom is a graduate of Goessel High School, farms with his son and is employed by Unified School District 460.
After a short trip to Branson, Mo., the couple resides in Hesston.
