Robert and Susan Watson of Hillsboro announce the engagement of their son, Thomas Watson, to JoAnn Kase, daughter of Dale Kase of Berger, Mo., and Sharon Kase of New Haven, Mo.
The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of New Haven High School and attends the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she is pursuing a business adminsitration degree. She is employed by Heartland Bank.
Her fiance is a 1996 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a 2000 graduate of Kansas State University. He is employed by State Farm agent John Wills of Shawnee.
The couple plans a July 21 wedding at Memorial Baptist Church in New Haven, Mo.
