First year has been a successful one

On Dec. 29 the St. Luke Hospital Auxiliary Shoppe will have been open one year. It’s been a great year. The result of this effort now sits in the parking lot of the St. Luke Living Center. The bus will hold eight residents plus two residents in wheelchairs.

Now St. Luke residents can more easily go on trips, such as seeing the Christmas lights.

Without the support of all the donors, all the purchasers and all the hardworking volunteers, this would not have been possible. It does demonstrate what working together can accomplish.

We look forward to more successful years and many worthwhile projects.

From all the Auxiliary members to all Marion County residents, a great big “thank-you.”

Judy Reno, president
