The A team of the Centre FFA chapter placed second out of 26 teams at the Kansas Beef Expo Dec. 8 in Hutchinson.
The team, which judged in the senior questions division, included Nathan Barney, Konley Harding, Alfonse Klenda and James Weber.
Klenda also placed first and Barney seventh individually.
The freshman questions team finished third out of 29 teams with members Shelby Deines, Alex Hajek, Heath Hill and Dallas Spooner. Deines placed fourth individually.
The senior B team, consisting of Nellie Hill, Kacey Hanschu, Kylie Burhoop and Ryan Richmond, finished sixth. Burhoop finished fifth individually.
