Noah (left) and Noel Rubel of Hillsboro chat with St. Nick himself at an “Old-Fashioned Christmas” party Sunday afternoon at the Schaeffler House Museum on the corner of Jefferson and Grand. Hosted by the Friends of the Hillsboro Museums, the two-day event drew more than 150 kids and their families to see Santa Claus and tour the historic house.
