Centre’s head coaches and athletic director nominated Mueller and Luna for their academic aptitude, athletic talent and exceptional commitment to their school and communities.

The program consists of five stages: nomination, state finalists, state winner, national finalists and national winners.

Twelve national finalists will be invited to participate in the Heisman weekend festivities during an all-expenses-paid trip to New York City of Dec. 8 to 10. ESPN2 will feature the finalists during an awards ceremony that will air Dec. 10.
