Lehigh parade of power

You’d expect a lineup up classic John Deere tractors (left photo) at the Lehigh Antique Tractor & Engine Show on Memorial Day. But the annual parade includes a variety of vehicles and antique equipment, including the Lehigh Fire Department’s chemical fire engine that dates back to pre-1900 and is driven by manpower-in the case LFD volunteers. The fire engine is believed to be the oldest chemical engine still in active service.
