TC to host football camp

ORIGINALLY WRITTEN
The Tabor College football program will sponsor a two-day, non-contact camp for youth June 20-21.

“We will teach the basic skills for all positions,” said Robert Rubel, newly appointed head coach. “The kids will learn fundamentals for all of football, not just one position.”

The camp will be hosted by coaches and players from Tabor’s 2005 KCAC championship team.

Grades 1-4 will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m and grades 5-7 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

All participants will receive a T-shirt.

The registration fee is $20 and should be sent to: Tabor College Football Program, 400 S. Jefferson, Hillsboro, KS 67063. Registrants are asked to indicate their school of attendance as well as T-shirt size, in either youth or adult sizes.

For more information, contact Rubel at 947-3121, ext. 1602.
