Buffet line giving residents more choice

HCMC LTCU began serving is midday meal from a buffet April 12 as part of the home’s commitment to culture change, which is a nationwide movement to give residents more input into their care and make care homes less institutional. Although residents always had menu choices, the buffet allows the person to see the food before choosing what they’d like to eat.
