The first class is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Marion VFW Hall and will run for six consecutive weeks, concluding March 12.

Participants are asked to bring a mat, blanket or sleeping bag to lay on while shooting.

Air rifles, safety glasses, ear protection, as well as pellets, targets and other class materials will be provided.

Cost of the class is $10 per student. Adults are encouraged to attend with their youth.
