4-H girls contribute to hurricane victims

As project leader Sally Andrews offers advice, South Cottonwood 4-H members Claire Heyen (center) and Emily Sechrist cut cloth for a “scrub” (shirt) for hospital workers Jan.13. The girls’ work is part of an area drive to make or collect scrubs for the Gulf Coast area affected by hurricanes this summer. Andrews, herself a nurse, thought it would be a good project for her beginning sewing students.
