Mennonites gather to can meat for needy

From early Monday morning when Mennonite Central Committee’s mobile meat cannery showed up at the Marion County 4-H building in Hillsboro to Tuesday evening, local Mennonites volunteered in four-hour shifts to can meat for the hungry.
