Ken and Deanna Willard of Hutchinson and Arnot and Georgina Munguya of Wichita announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Tamra Willard and Womba Munguya.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Nickerson High School and MidAmerica Nazarene University with a degree in business and psychology. She is employed as a lab technician at SDK Labs in Hutchinson.

Her fiance is a graduate of Hillsboro High School and MidAmerica Nazarene University. He is employed in agency with American Family Insurance in Wichita.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 22 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Hutchinson.

Isaac, Phan to marry

Dec. 10 in Meade

Kenneth and Diane Isaac of Meade announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Nancy, to Peter Phan, son of Vuhoang and NgocNhung Phan of Seattle, Wash.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Meade High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in office administration and business education in May 2003 from Tabor College. She is employed as executive assistant at RC Auto Corp. in Phoenix, Ariz.

Her fiance received his bachelor’s degree in computer science in June 2001 from University of Washington and his doctor of medicine in May from Loma Linda University. As a captain in the U.S. Air Force, he is completing his general surgery residency at Synergy Medical Education Alliance in Saginaw, Mich.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 10 at Emmanuel Mennonite Church in Meade.
