NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, July 7, 2005, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Hillsboro, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at City Hall, 118 East Grand, Hillsboro, Kansas.
Case No. BZAV105-04. Parkside Homes, pursuant to Section 25-6 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requests a variance of property line setback for the construction of Park Home #1on the property zoned as the RM Medium Density Residential District, and legally described as follows: Sec 3, Twp 20, Rng 2, Trct Desc: Tract #2 Parkside. Generally located at corner of Willow Road & Park Avenue.
You may appear at this time in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all parties interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
