Froeses to celebrate

50th anniversary

Waldo and Doris (Thiesen) Froese will celebrate their 50th anniversary with an open house from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 24 at Bethel Mennonite Church, 1 1/2 mile south of Inman.

The couple were married April 24, 1955, at Tabor Mennonite Church.

Residents of Inman, Waldo and Doris worked in custom harvesting for 41 years.

The open house is hosted by the couple’s six sons, Jay of Hutchinson, Ray and Dawn of Inman, Larry and Bev of Inman, Gary and Kris of McPherson, Dale and Dawn of Inman, and Bill and Kami of Canton; and 15 grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend the open house. The couple request no gifts.
