Shane and Charla Duerksen of Hillsboro announce the birth of a daughter, Mia Grace, born Aug. 6 at Newman Regional Health in Emporia.
She weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
She shares a birthday with her late sister, Nealy Duerksen.
Grandparents are Ron and Fran Duerksen of Lehigh and Kenneth and Vicky Dawson of Cottonwood Falls.
Great-grandparents are Lovisa Duerksen of Hillsboro, Leroy and Viola Ratzlaff of Goessel, Charlotte Dawson of Cedar Point and Evan Koger of Cottonwood Falls.
