Marion city has light agenda

The Marion City Commission met for an early brief 10 a.m. holiday meeting Monday with approval of minutes of the Dec. 22 public meeting regarding Galaxy Television about as major as the decision making got.

The commissioners met in two executive sessions, one for 15 minutes with City Attorney Dan Baldwin for attorney-client privilege, and one for 30 minutes to discuss personnel, with no announcements.

The commissioners approved a plumbing license for Don Druse doing business as Don’s Plumbing.

They approved paying warrants for $28,051.44 and payroll for $23,702.65.
