Embert Giesbrecht, 74, farmer, died Nov. 27, in Rich Hill, Mo.

The funeral was Dec. 1 at Bethany Congregation in Rich Hill, with burial following.

He was born July 4, 1929, to David and Mary Esau Giesbrecht, near Hillsboro. In 1954, he was married to Margrett Wiebe, who survives.

He also is survived by five daughters and their families: Marilyn Schmidt and husband Gary of Rich Hill; Lawanda Dirks and husband Gary of Center, Colo.; Rose Koehn and husband Terry of Nevada, Mo.; Virginia Litwiller and husband Dennis of Muleshoe, Texas; and Evelina Schultz and husband Calvin of Rich Hill.

Also surviving are three brothers, Jonas Giesbrecht and wife Myrtle and Clarence Giesbrecht and wife Chris, all of Hillsboro; and Daniel Giesbrecht and wife Della of Livingston, Calif.
