Timothy Klenda, 51

Timothy J. Klenda, 51, auto mechanic, died July 3 in Del City, Okla.

The funeral was July 7 at St. John Nepomucene Church, Holy Family Parish in Pilsen with Father Mark Wesely officiating. Burial was at Pilsen Cemetery.

He was born Aug. 30, 1951, to Leonard and Theresa (Polok) Klenda in Hillsboro.

He is survived by his parents of Lincolnville; friend Tara Williams of Del City; two daughters, Rebecca Klenda of Loveland, Colo., and Elizabeth Klenda of Fort Collins, Colo.; four brothers, Vincent Klenda of Salina, and Dennis, Valentine and Stephen Klenda, all of Lincolnville; two sisters, Monica Leihy and Frances Mueller, both of Tampa; and three grandchildren.

Memorials were established with the Klenda family and St. Ann’s Altar Society.

Dale L. Clegg, 79

Dale L. Clegg, 79, retired employee of Hesston Corp., died July 2 in Lehigh.

The funeral was July 5 at Olson’s Mortuary chapel in Canton. Burial was at Lehigh Mennonite Cemetery.

He was born Sept. 21, 1923, to Fines and Arkabelle (Sheaks) Clegg in Wichita.

On March 31, 1943, he was married to Betty L. Smith, who survives.

He is also survived by a son, Kevin Clegg of Lehigh; four daughters, Nancy Roland and Cheryl Hindman, both of Newton, Catherine Kurczbuch of Sedgwick and Dalene Jost of Lehigh; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial was established with the American Heart Association.
