Tabor drops pair at Sterling

The Tabor women were defeated 78-58 by the 4th ranked Sterling Warriors.



Casey Stucky led Tablor with 22 points and nine rebounds.

Angela Kroeker added 11.



All-American Kristina Barrow, who became the all-time leading scorer in Sterling College history, paced Sterling with 26.



With the loss, Tabor falls to 10-10 overall, and 5-5 in the KCAC.



The Tabor men shot 71 percent in the first half, and built a 38-25 half time lead over Sterling. But the Warriors pounded the ball inside in the second half, and aided by poor free throw shooting by Tabor, erased the half time deficit, and defeated Tabor 65-61.



Tabor was without the services of Grant Brubacher and All-American Micah Ratzlaff due to injuries.



Brad Gattis led Tabor with 21 points, and Scott Brubacher added 12 for the Bluejays.



With the loss, Tabors seven game winning streak was snapped.

Tabor drops to 11-8 for the season, and 6-4 in KCAC play.
