Tabor sweeps Kansas Wesleyan

Casey Stucky led the Bluejays with 16 points, as Tabor defeated the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes Thursday night in Hillsboro.



The Tabor defense limited KW to only 24 percent shooting.



Erica Hemmert add 10 for Tabor as the Bluejays upped their record to 10-9 overall, and 5-4 in the KCAC.



The Tabor men led by 13 at half time, 42-29, but witnessed a furious comeback by the Coyotes to pull within two, 53-51.



Tabor was able to right the ship, and win going away, 90-72, for their 7th consecutive victory.



Scott Brubacher led Tabor with 18, followed by Jeremiah Randall and Brad Gattis with 16 each, and Tyson Ratzlaff added 14.



With the victory, Tabor improves their record to 11-7 overall, and 6-3 in KCAC play.



Up next for Tabor is Sterling College, at Sterling Saturday night, with the women set to tip off at 5:00.
