Lyle and Kathy Isaac of Hillsboro announce the birth of a daughter, Kyla Nicole, born Oct. 28 at St. Joseph Hospital in Wichita.
She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.
She has one brother, Jacob, 2 1/2.
