Tina Wood and Brendan Kraus were married July 27 at St. Francis Catholic Church in St. Paul with Father Daniel Vacca officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Donna Wood of St. Paul. The groom is the son of Don and Vickie Kraus of Marion.
Maid of honor was Tammi Wood, sister of the bride. Best man was Nick Kraus, brother of the groom.
Bride’s attendants were Amber Noe and Kim Forwoodson, both cousins of the bride, and Whitney Benson and Janel Scales, both friends of the bride.
Flower girl was Ashton Wood, niece of the bride. Bride’s personal attendant was Carrie Herzet, friend of the couple.
Groom’s attendants were Lucas King, Jared Herzet, Aaron Reiswig and Scott Stehlik, all friends of the groom.
Ushers were Terry Wood, brother of the groom; Jeremy VanLeeuwen, cousin of the bride; and Ben Peterson and Corey Bertrand, both friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Tristan Dunn, nephew of the groom.
Candlelighters were Keisha Grosdidier and Jamie VanLeeuwen, both cousins of the bride.
Music was performed by Pauline Vitt and Jamie VanLeeuwen, both cousins of the bride, and Karen Campbell, friend of the bride.
Lectors were Melanie Dunn and Kristi Mercer, both sisters of the groom.
Program attendants were Katie and Kortney Grosdidier, and Whitney and Natalie Noe, all cousins of the bride.
The bride wore a white satin A-line tank dress featuring embroidered sequins and caviar beading on the bodice, and a banded skirt.
The bride’s bouquet was made of white roses, daisies, star-gazer lilies and calla lilies.
Assisting at the cake and punch table were Lynn Weidert, cousin of the bride, and Wendy Asner, Stephanie Koop, Renee Reiswig and Wendy Winter, all friends of the bride.
The bride is a 1996 graduate of St. Paul High School. She earned a degree in elementary and middle school education from Kansas State University in 2001. She teaches sixth grade at Wellsville Middle School.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Marion High School and earned a doctorate in veterinary medicine from KSU in 2002. He works as a large-animal veterinarian at Town and Country Equine in Louisburg.
The rehearsal dinner was held on July 26 at Osage Hills Country Club and was hosted by the groom’s parents.
Following a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple resides in Louisburg.
