Thompson, Jordan wed in June

Lori Dawn Thompson and Jonathan Andrew Jordan were married June 1 at Crestview Bible Church in Hutchinson with pastor Sid Litke, uncle of the groom, and pastor Byron Albert of Hutchinson officiating the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Daniel and Janell Thompson of Hutchinson. The groom is the son of Brenda Jordan of Marion.

Grandparents are Evelyn Thompson of Buhler, Mr. and Mrs. Gayle Lenstrom of Comstock, Neb., and Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Litke of Marion.

Maid of honor was Lisa Thompson, sister of the bride. Best man was Jeremy Jordan, brother of the groom.

Bridesmaids were Jennifer Ebenhack, sister of the bridegroom, Sara Orange of Omaha, Neb., and Monica Warren of Hutchinson.

Groomsmen were Luke Thompson, brother of the bride, Joel McClenahan of Elbing, and Will Goertzen of Hillsboro.

Musicians were vocalists Glenn Litke, uncle of the groom, and Brenda Jordan, mother of the groom; pianists Jennifer Ebenhack and Jerry McClenahan, both of Elbing; and trumpet player James McClenahan, also of Elbing.

The bride wore a white satin sleeveless gown featuring a Sabrina neckline. A set-in band of embroidery beaded with seed pearls and sequins accented the waistline.

The princess-seamed skirt featured a banding of embroidery at the hemline that continued onto the full-chapel train. The back bodice met an inverted pleat at the waistline, and the train was highlighted with scattered embroidery.

The bride carried a bouquet of white roses.

The bride is a graduate of Buhler High School and is enrolled at Grace University in Omaha. She is an office manager at Income Dynamics Inc. in Omaha.

The groom is a graduate of Berean Academy High School in Elbing and is enrolled at Grace University. He is a window-blind installer at Accent Window Fashions in Omaha.

The rehearsal dinner was held at Dillon Nature Center in Hutchinson and was hosted by the groom’s mother and grandparents.

Following a honeymoon in Orlando, Fla., the couple resides in Omaha.
