Tammy Flaming nestles son Camden, 19 months, close to her near the water’s edge May 31 while Camden’s cousin, Chelsea Flaming, 12, from Colorado, stays in the water to beat the heat. “The water isn’t as cold as I thought it would be,” Tammy Flaming said.
