The Hillsboro Family Festival scheduled for Saturday will get off to a running start in a literal sense with the Festival 10K and 2-mile Run.
The event begins with a check-in time between 7 a.m.to 7:45 a.m. at the Hillsboro Visitor’s Center located at Memorial Park.
All runners will be bused out at 8 a.m. and will run in and finish at Memorial Park.
Prizes will be awarded to the overall male and female runners.
Awards will also be presented to the top three female and male runners in each age division.
