What can you tell us about the group 38 Special that will be performing at Chigawassa Days in Marion later this month?”

The southern rock group has been performing for more than 20 years, earned five gold and four platinum recordings and a string of chart hits such as “Caught Up In You,” “Back Where You Belong” and “Hold On Loosely.”

Through the years, they have been known for breaking the southern rock mold and establishing themselves as a classic rock-and-roll band. Their most recent album is called Resolution.

Their tour schedule includes 75 appearances in 2002. From Marion, they will appear next in Kansas City, Mo., at the Kansas City Spirit Fest.
