Tabor junior presents paper at Creighton meeting

ORIGINALLY WRITTEN
Landon Fulmer, a junior at Tabor College from Buhler, participated in the Midwest Undergraduate Philosophy Convention at Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., April 6.

Fulmer’s paper, titled “Glossolalia: Legitimate language or linguistic oddity?”, focused on the philosophical prayer language.

Following his presentation, he participated in a question-and-answer session with professors during which he defended his topic.

Fulmer learned of the convention through David Faber, associate professor of philosophy/religious studies. Fulmer wrote the paper, which was then selected to be one of the eight papers presented at the convention.
