Young inventors promote their wares

Craig Banman, fifth-grader at Goessel Grade School, explains his invention, “The Claw,” on Invention Day, March 7, at the school. “It’s used to prick cows to get them to move,” Craig said. “My grandpa welded the handle onto the cross bar. It’s all made of metal. After I finished, my grandpa used it on his cattle, and it worked.”
