Eric and Julie Soyez of Fort Worth, Texas, announce the birth of a daughter, CeCe Jade Soyez, born Feb. 22, in Fort Worth.
She weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Pamela and Garry Hamm, both of Marion, Richard Soyez of Belton, Mo., and Craig and Sheila Cooper of Elmdale.
Great-grandparents are Millie (Soyez) Riffel of Marion, Bill Cooper of Elmdale, June Kelly of Cottonwood Falls and Pamela Jones and Mary Phipps, both of Emporia.

David and Kristin Kliewer of Newton announce the birth of a daughter, Emma Rose Kliewer, born Jan. 30, at Newton Medical Center.
She weighed 10 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
She has three sisters, Valerie, 9 1/2, Paige, 8 and Elise, 4 1/2.
