Danielle Lette, a senior at Ardmore (Okla.) High School, has signed a letter of intent to play softball at Tabor College.

Lette, a 5-6, 130-pound shortstop and second baseman, helped her high school team gain the 2001 regional 5A championship title with a 23-14 record.

The team also finished the season within the top six teams at the state high school championships.

Lette was also a member of the first team 2001 All-Area Fast-Pitch Softball Team.

“Adding Danielle to our team is only going to benefit each facet of our program,” said Donovan Nelson, Tabor softball coach.

“She’s a terrific young woman whose softball skills are terrific. I’m thrilled to have Danielle because of what she can bring spiritually, academically and athletically.”
