WEDDINGS: Jury, Berry celebrate wedding in June

Lesli Ann Jury and Joe Lynn Beery were married June 23 at Valleyview Bible Church in Cimarron with pastor Dave Friese of Owasso, Okla., officiating the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Joe and Debbie Jury of Ingalls. The groom is the son of Gail and Chris Beery of Cimarron.

Grandparents are Bud and Betty Jury of Farmington, Iowa; Richard and Tonda Denly of Montrose, Iowa; Harold and Jackie Hagen of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Connie Beery of Cimarron; Louie Beery of Garden City and Melba Davidson, also of Garden City.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a white A-line-style gown with spaghetti straps and accented with English net adorned in Schiffli lace. A chapel-length train cascaded down a slightly-flared skirt. She wore an elbow-length veil attached to a rhinestone comb made by Debbie Payne, friend of the bride. She also carried a bouquet of ivy, white lilies and yellow roses.

Matron of honor was Kari Burkhart and maid of honor was Lisa Jury Ingalls, both sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Tara Duerksen and Susan Martin, both friends of the bride and Heidi Beery, sister of the groom.

Flower girls were Allyson Payne and Becky Faber, both friends of the couple.

Bride’s personal attendants were Angela Moore, aunt of the bride, and Samantha Payne, friend of the bride.

Best man was Dustin Beery, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Josh Froese, Joel Watkins, Jon Blough and Charles McGregor, all friends of the groom.

Ring bearer was Cory Hagen, cousin of the groom.

Ushers were Jason Jury, brother of the bride, and Jeff Penner, Rob Perkins and Mike Fisher, all friends of the couple.

Rosette children were Austin and Caleb Moore, cousins of the bride, and Harry Faber, friend of the couple.

Candlelighters were Alex Jury, cousin of the bride, and Amanda Faber, friend of the couple.

Pianist was Dee Austin and organist was Iris Holler, both friends of the bride. Soloist was Esther Penner, friend of the couple.

Wedding coordinators were Peni Ens and Mary Lancaster, both friends of the bride.

Flowers were arranged by Peni Ens.

The reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Ingalls High School and is a senior in early childhood and elementary education at Tabor College.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Cimarron High School and is employed by Hillsboro Ford-Mercury.

Following a honeymoon in Colorado Springs, Colo., the couple resides in Hillsboro.
