The Hillsboro girls basketball team took care of a pesky Lyons team Tuesday night in Lyons with a 55-44 win.
In the second half, the Lions attempted 24 foul shots and came away with only 11.
Trojan Jill Hein had 14 points. Shannon Kroeker and Sarah Thiessen each had 11.
The Trojan girls are 3-1 overall.
The Hillsboro boys basketball team flew past Lyons on Tuesday night 88-51.
Trojan Tyler Wienbrenner had a season-high 22 points to propell the Trojans past the Lions.
Ross Duerksen had 14 points and Adam Woods added 10.
The Trojans are 4-0 and face Ellinwood on Friday.
