Patrick and Jennifer Duerksen of Iowa City, Iowa, announce the birth of a daughter, Haley Nicole Duerksen, born Oct. 7 at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
She weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Paternal grandparents are Wes and Donna Duerksen of Goessel. Maternal grandparent is Mary Peter of Salina.
Great-grandparents are Blanche Lyon and Hilda Duerksen, both of Goessel and Katherine Peter of Selden.
