Dale and Mary Alderfer of Newton announce the birth of a daughter, Elizabeth Louise Alderfer, born Oct. 5 at Newton Medical Center.
She weighed 10 pounds, 21/2 ounces and was 211/2 inches long.
Paternal grandparents are Clyde and Darlene Alderfer of Mount Pleasant Mills, Pa. Maternal grandparents are Jerol and DeLome Schmidt of Newton.
Paternal great-grandparent is Mamie Beidler of Souderton, Pa. Maternal great-grandparents are Susan E. Schmidt, and Ferd and Edna Schmidt, all of Newton.
