Marion clips Chase County , 27-7

The Marion Warriors overcame a 7-0 halftime deficit with two touchdowns in the third quarter and two more in the fourth quarter to beat Cottonwood Valley League foe Chase County 27-7 in Cottonwood Falls.



Running back Jarvis Whiteman scored both third-quarter TDs while quarterback Jared Smith ran for one in the fourth quarter and threw to wide receiver Braxton Skiles for the other.



With the win, the Warriors move to 4-1 on the season and remain undefeated in the CVL.
