Rosehill used a balanced offensive and defensive attack to hold the Warrior offense to just three points and hand Marion their first loss of the season.

The Warriors managed to get an Alex Saxonis field goal late in the second quarter to tie the game 3-3 at the half.

AT the 4:52 mark of the third quarter, the Rockets scord on an option. After the successful PAT the Warriors trailed 10-3.

Rosehill would add a 40-yard field goal at the 7:20 mark of the fourth for the final points of the game.

The Warriors are 3-1 after the loss and 1-0 in the CVL.

Marion will travel to Chase County next Friday to take on the Bulldogs.
