Jennifer and Jason Maxfield of rural Lehigh announce the birth of a son, Jordan Dean Maxfield, born Aug. 8 in Hillsboro Community Medical Center.
He weighed 8 pounds, 7 1/2 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Marilyn and Ken Fast of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Diana and John Maxfield of Marion.
Great-grandparents are Harry and Milly Friesen of Hillsboro.
