Michelle Phillips and Sebastian Morales announce the birth of a son, Matthew Neal Morales, born July 25 at St. Luke Hospital in Marion.
He weighed 8 pounds and was 20 1/4 inches long.
His brother is Eric Morales, 22 months.
Grandparents are Penny and Willy Mefford of Marion. Great-grandparents are Janet and Craig Phillips of Salem, Elsa Mefford of Burns and Dorothy and Ed Hunziker of Tacoma, Wash.
