Violet Inez Berg, 91, a homemaker, died July 15 at Shalimer Health Center in Salina.
The funeral will be held today at 11 a.m. at Hillsboro Memorial Chapel with pastor Gaylord Goertzen officiating. Burial will be in the Durham Park Cemetery in rural Durham.
She was born July1, 1922, to David F. and Mary Schmidt Unruh. On April 8, 1941, she was married to Ed E. Berg, who predeceased her in 1975.
She is survived by a son, Robert E. Berg of McPherson; a daughter, Joyce M. Schrag of Salina; and three grandchildren.
A memorial fund was established with The Gideon Society.
