Don and Mary Rosfeld of rural Goessel, along with Stanley and Myrna Bartel of Manhattan, announce the engagement of their children, Sheri Rosfeld and Alex Bartel, both of Manhattan.
Rosfeld is a graduate of Goessel High School and Tabor College. She is a music instructor at Junction City High School.
Bartel is a graduate of Manhattan High School and currently attends Kansas State University, majoring in agricultural and science education.
The couple will be married July 21 in the Koerner Heights Church in Newton.
