ANNIVERSARIES: Robinsons to mark 60th anniversary

A reception marking the 60th wedding anniversary of Orville and Betty Robinson will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, April 29, at Lyons United Methodist Church.


Jennie Elizabeth “Betty” Work and Orville Robinson were married April 25, 1941, at Oberlin. In 1991, they moved to Lyons from Hillsboro, where Orville was employed by American Milk Producers Inc., and Betty worked for Hillsboro Industries.


The reception will be hosted by their two sons and families, Lester and Myrna Robinson of Port Orchard, Wash., and Mike and Sally Robinson of Lyons.
