WEB FLASH: Tabor sweeps Southwestern

The Tabor College men pulled away from the Southwestern Moundbuilders with a strong second half to register a 90-76 win Thursday night (Jan. 25) in Hillsboro.



Micah Ratzlaff led the Jays with 21 points, Kevin Koehn added 17 and Ernest Nortey 10.



With the win, Tabor maintains first place in the KCAC with an 8-1 record. They are 13-6 overall.



The women, meanwhile, got 16 points from Carmen Hein and 13 from her former Hillsboro High School teammate Angela Kroeker to pace Tabor to a solid 82-62 win over Southwestern.



Melanie Kurtz also scored in double figures with 10.



With the win, Tabor advances to 5-4 in the KCAC and 10-8 overall.
