Mark and Sandra Hiebert, Whitewater, Wisc., announce the birth of their daughter, Stephanie Rosine, on Aug. 20 at Fort Atkinson Memorial Health Center.
She weighed seven pounds, three ounces and was 20 inches long.
She has a brother, David, age 2.
Maternal grandparents are Larry and Margaret Goering, Newton. Paternal grandparents are Allen and Lois Hiebert of Hillsboro.
Great-grandparents are Ida Mae Hooper, Hiawatha; Eldon and Bonnie Goering of North Newton, and Martha Frantz and Helen Hiebert of Hillsboro.
